Track my order

As soon as your parcel leaves the workshop, you receive a “Your order is on its way” email with your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery.

Track your order in 2 steps

1. Click My account and enter the email address used for the order. You receive a login code by email, no password needed.
2. Open your order: you can see its status (being prepared, shipped, delivered) and the carrier’s tracking link.

Lead times

• In-stock boards: shipped within 48 business hours.
• The personalised Signature: made to order and shipped within 10 days.
• Delivery in France: about 3 to 5 business days after shipping. For international orders, the estimated time is shown at checkout.

A problem with your parcel?

No tracking email after these times, a parcel stuck or damaged: email us at contact@finisher-board.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours.
